Way Out West

Oh give me a home where the buffalo roam,
Where the deer and the antelope play,
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word,
And the skies are not cloudy all day.

Well technically they’re bison but it just wouldn’t sound the same would it? And obviously the weatherman didn’t get the cloudy skies forecast.

This is just a quick look-back at our 2015 trip to Wyoming. Our first stop was to visit with our friends, Beth and Jeff, in Jackson Hole. We stopped for a few days in the Yellowstone area before continuing on to Cody for the Stampede on July 4th. Cody photos will come later in a separate post.

Staying with Beth and Jeff is always nonstop action. We’re either playing tennis, or riding bikes, or hiking up some mountain, or drinking and dancing. But look out for Jeff when he’s drinking and throwing axes! We usually focus on drinking and eating after a good days exercise.
